Have an inspiration image or an original design from your architect? Traviam works with specialized custom furniture manufacturers in Dongguan to develop bespoke pieces for your project.

In most cases, a reference image and approximate dimensions are enough to begin. We coordinate proportions, materials, upholstery, finishes and manufacturing details.

Quality Control & Approval

Every detail, checked before dispatch.

Once manufacturing is complete, our team in China inspects every item against the approved specifications. Detailed photographs and videos are shared invoice-wise so you can personally review your order before shipment.

Prefer to inspect the finished goods in person? We can help coordinate a return visit to China. Any discrepancies identified before dispatch are addressed with the manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery

Traviam coordinates collection, consolidation and export preparation for products sourced from multiple manufacturers.

India — Door-to-door delivery
We coordinate international freight, customs clearance, applicable duties and delivery to your project location anywhere in India. Professional installation of furniture, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes and wall panelling can also be arranged at an additional agreed charge.

International — FOB China
For projects outside India, we can supply goods on an FOB basis at the agreed Chinese port. Your nominated freight partner manages onward shipping and destination delivery.
